Anand Shah

Co-Founder
CEO

Anand comes with 15 years of experience as an expert in consulting Fortune 500 CxOs on how companies create value for shareholders.

Before Databook, Anand was an Engagement Partner at Accenture Strategy, leading their engagement with the World Economic Forum on Digital Transformation and prior to that as global lead for their Strategic Insights group.

Anand has an MBA from Columbia Business School and London Business School, an MSc in Finance from ICMA and a BEng in Computer Science from Imperial College London.

Iñigo Beitia

Co-Founder
Head of Engineering

Iñigo is a full-stack developer who specializes in designing and building complex technical architectures.

He has a particular interest in designing technology that contributes to creating a first-class user experiences.

He has previously worked with IBM Research and Forrester Research.

Iñigo has a BS in Computer Science and Operations Management from Olin College in Boston and ICAI School of Engineering in Madrid.

Alex Barrett

Co-Founder
Head of Product

Alex’s focus at Databook is to make our strategic insights accessible and engaging for a wide audience.

He brings a decade of experience as a journalist, producing television documentaries for the BBC.

Alex has also worked as a freelance content strategist for clients including Accenture and the World Economic Forum.

He has a MA in Modern Languages from Cambridge University.

Alex Jones

Co-Founder
Head of Data Science

Alex leads Databook’s data science and machine learning efforts. Before Databook, Alex was a Vice President in the Digital Practice at AlixPartners, with a focus on applied analytics and data science.

He has a broad range of consulting experience from previous roles at FTI Consulting and Accenture. This includes micro-economics and company valuation.

Alex has an MSc in Statistics and an MSci in Chemistry, both from Imperial College London. He is also a CFA Charterholder.
